What is your cancellation policy?Out of mutual respect, we request that cancellations be made 72 hours before your virtual consultation or tidy appointment. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for cancellations within 72 hours of a tidy appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged the entire appointment fee.

What is a Professional Organizer?A Professional Organizer is someone who provides hands-on organization and training services to help people simplify their environments and therefore reduce stress.

Is your service confidential?We feel privileged to be welcomed into your space. Our services are 100% compassionate and confidential.

Where do my donations go?Any belongings you choose to let go of will be re-homed through one of the following organizations: • Big Brothers Pick up • BC ReStore Building materials • https://spca.bc.ca/about-us/locations/thrift-stores/#.VDYSWdR4pu • Salvation Army Thrift Drop Bins • Working Gear Men • http://sheltertohome.ca/ • https://habitat.ca/en • www.Vancouverdonations.ca • https://helpingfamiliesinneed.org/ If you have a specific charity in mind, please let us know! Additional resources for speciality donations, recyclables or storage needs available.

Will I be asked to throw away all my treasures?Absolutely not! This is your space filled with your belongings, so you get to guide us in understanding what's okay to let go of and what needs to stay. We'll edit down your stuff, getting rid of only what no longer serves you.

what if my donations/recycling don't fit in your car?Some donations may require a uhaul or similar supportive service. Please be aware that same-day removal for extra-large items is unlikely, as these services require booking well in advance of pick-up. But we won’t leave you hanging! Tidy Club will arrange and facilitate the removal of all your donatables as quickly as possible.

How does your home organization process work?Review: We start by getting to know your needs and expectations by asking questions, reviewing your space, setting goals, and creating a game plan. Edit: We declutter, sort, and categorize your items with as much of your participation as you desire. Organize: We align on an updated design and source any necessary storage equipment. Maintain: We offer tips and tricks to support you in maintaining your mess-free, stress-free space.
